Musc Charnel is a more modern version of Réminiscence’s iconic Musc perfume. Although more intense and sensual, the fragrance remains true to the character of the floral musk family, combining delicate ylang-ylang blossom with
the comforting depth of white musk.

It is a musk fragrance that forms a special connection with your skin, blending naturally to
create an intimate scent signature.

Musc Charnel balances seduction and purity with a sensual presence, softened by a powdery and cocooning feel. It reflects an amber oriental spirit, in keeping with the maison’s universe.

A musk fragrance carried by flowers and vanilla

As with each of its perfumes, the maison builds this fragrance around exceptional ingredients.

At the forefront of these high-quality raw materials sits ylang-ylang essential oil. From the opening notes, it reveals its solar floral facet, refreshed by
a touch of coriander.

These top notes then give way to a much rounder heart. The tonka bean and labdanum duo creates a gourmand amber warmth that feels deeply comforting.

In the base, woody and cotton-soft notes settle in alongside white musks. This white musk fragrance then closes with a delicious touch of vanilla.

Musc Charnel in the Réminiscence universe

Musc Charnel belongs within the Les Rencontres universe alongside Rose Tentation, two fragrances that combine the maison’s olfactory signature with another exceptional raw material. In Musc Charnel, musk holds the central role, marking a return to Réminiscence’s origins with a nod to the maison’s very first perfume, named simply Musc, introduced in 1970.

Half a century later, the maison has reworked this iconic bestseller with a more modern and intense formula while remaining faithful to the spirit of the
original. Here, white musk captures the delicate balance of pure and sensual skin, enriched by a warm vanilla heart that defines the maison’s iconic scent trail.
