This privacy policy is addressed to You, as a user of the website www.reminiscence-parfums.com (hereinafter “the Site”) owned by the company NEWREM, hereinafter “REMINISCENCE” as owner of the trademark REMINISCENCE.

Respecting your privacy is a priority for us, so the purpose of this policy is to present to you in a clear and transparent manner the way in which REMINISCENCE handles the personal data of the users of its Site.

We undertake not to keep your personal data beyond 5 years. This period will be renewed each time you repeat a purchase, and therefore each time you use our services.

When you interact via chat, the conversation is deleted at the end of the connection, except in the event of a complaint, when the data will be kept for 5 years.

In accordance with current French and European regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), limit processing, object to, and port personal data concerning you.

10. Modification of the Privacy Policy

REMINISCENCE is likely to change its processing within the limits of the applicable Regulations and undertakes to update its Policy accordingly.

11. Applicable law and disputes

This Privacy Policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the competent French court.
