This privacy policy is addressed to You, as a user of the website www.reminiscence-parfums.com (hereinafter “the Site”) owned by the company NEWREM, hereinafter “REMINISCENCE” as owner of the trademark REMINISCENCE.

When you interact via chat, the conversation is deleted at the end of the connection, except in the event of a complaint, when the data will be kept for 5 years.

10. Modification of the Privacy Policy
REMINISCENCE is likely to change its processing within the limits of the applicable Regulations and undertakes to update its Policy accordingly.
11. Applicable law and disputes
This Privacy Policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the competent French court.
