This Site is owned and operated by NEWREM, owner of the REMINISCENCE brand, with which you contract by accepting its General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "GTC").

Within the framework of these Terms and Conditions, we use our brand REMINISCENCE to refer to our company and its affiliated companies.

These Legal Notices and Terms of Use of the Site are governed by French law.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, you have the option of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure by contacting the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAP) in accordance with Ordinance No. 2015-1033 of 20 August 2015 and the implementing decree No. 2015-1382 of 30 October 2015, subject to Article L612-2 of the Consumer Code, accessible at http://www.cmap.fr or at the postal address CMAP Service Médiation Consommation, 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 PARIS.

You can also submit the dispute to the online dispute resolution service offered by the European Commission in accordance with Article 14 of EU Regulation No 524/2013. This platform can be accessed at the following address: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/ .

Recourse to mediation is an alternative mechanism that is not a prerequisite for taking legal action.

Therefore, notwithstanding the above, if no amicable solution is found (including following the mediation process described above), you have the option of bringing your claim or dispute directly before a court without following an amicable resolution process; the courts of Nanterre will have jurisdiction to hear any dispute, unless otherwise provided by law which would refer to the mandatory jurisdiction of a foreign court.
